Charles was born and raised in Louisville, KY. He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Kentucky and after working many years for Humana in Kentucky was promoted to a position in South Florida. A few years later he decided that he wanted to better serve clients and use his expertise and understanding to start his own benefit consulting company. He met his wife a couple of years later, Genie a native Floridian who owns her own accounting and bookkeeping/payroll firm. They have been married for over twenty years and have 2 children who keep busy with school, golf, volleyball, marching band karate and who are talented in playing many musical instruments including the violin, piano, saxaphone and bassoon !
